The African regional seminar on participatory budgeting is a World Bank Institute initiative prepared in collaboration with UN-HABITAT and the Municipal Development Partnership for Eastern and Southern Africa (MDP-ESA). The seminar is cross-funded by the Service Development Corporation (SDC) and Affiliated Network for Social Accountability Africa (ANSA Africa).
